This is an interactive visual show with beautiful images from his critically acclaimed recent space history book Ad Astra: An Illustrated Guide to Leaving the Planet, stunning archive footage and clips from his TV science programmes (including behind the scenes footage from Tim Peake’s launch), fun rocket science demos, spacesuit engineering, audience astronaut selection and more.

There is even the chance to get up close with some real space hardware. Take a selfie with a perfect replica of Neil Armstrong’s iconic spacesuit - the only one its kind in the UK.This is an event for anyone who’s ever looked up at the stars  and wondered how to get there.
